All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) & International Shipping

For domestic orders within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office. Please wait two business days, and if the package still has not arrived, contact us for further support.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it should be unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
